Through the implementation of this project, we aim to achieve the goals of creating a clean and sustainable environment which is often emphasised by the EU.

Our mission

Through the implementation of this project, we would like to create extracurricular content including a curriculum about environmental education through permaculture. Because due to a lack of curriculum, they are unable to balance theory and practice about environmental topics. Secondary schools need to identify urgent action plans and need to ensure this transformation through curricula appropriate to these action plans emphasised by the EU.

Our vision

The implementation of this project is aimed to integrate students with nature, to feel the soil and to comprehend the importance of nature as intertwined with it. We believe that students need to explore educational environments outside the school and develop key competencies. Therefore, learning practices and curricula in schools have great importance for the students and their teachers as well. Through the survey carried out for this project application, it was seen that there are no learning materials (including extracurricular) for students in secondary schools about environmental education through permaculture.
